How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Are you a hunter with a passion for tech and a knack for closing? We are working with a fast-growing IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) looking for a high-energy New Business Sales Specialist to help us expand their footprint and bring modern IT solutions to local businesses and beyond.
    The Role
    This isn’t an account management gig; it’s about the thrill of the hunt. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, pitching our comprehensive IT stack (from cloud migrations to cybersecurity), and turning cold leads into long-term partners.
    Your Key Responsibilities
    * Prospecting: Actively hunt for new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social selling.
    * Consultative Selling: Understand a prospect's pain points and design IT solutions that actually solve their problems.
    * Closing: Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract.
    * Strategy: Work with the technical team to ensure our proposals are airtight and competitive.
    What You Bring
    * Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales (experience in IT services, SaaS, or Telecoms is a major plus).
    * The "Grind": A self-starter attitude with the resilience to handle "no" on the way to a "yes."
    * Communication: The ability to explain complex technical concepts in a way that makes sense to a CEO or CFO.
    * Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and a genuine interest in the evolving tech landscape.
