Warehouse Late Shift Supervisor

Select Recruitment is working with a well-established business to find a hands-on Late Shift Warehouse Team Leader to lead afternoon and evening warehouse operations.

This role is ideal for a motivated warehouse professional with supervisory experience who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the late shift warehouse team
Pick, assemble and pack furniture and furnishings
Oversee accurate loading of goods onto 3.5-ton delivery vans
Ensure 100% picking accuracy and high-quality standards
Manage shift handovers and resolve issues before dispatch
Maintain excellent housekeeping and Health & Safety standards
Support the Warehouse Manager and uphold team performance
About You:

Previous experience managing or supervising a warehouse team
Confident delegating tasks and taking responsibility
Physically able to handle large furniture items
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Hours & Benefits:

Hours: 13:00-22:00
