We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman with a strong carpentry background to oversee high-quality residential project in the Marylebone area.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervising day-to-day site operations while remaining hands-on with carpentry work

Managing trades, subcontractors, and site labour
*
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
*
Maintaining health & safety compliance on site
*
Liaising with project managers, clients, and suppliers
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Senior Carpenter
*
Strong carpentry skills and ability to work on the tools
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills
*
Valid CSCS card (SSSTS/SMSTS)
