Tradewind Education is currently recruiting experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support a range of welcoming primary schools across Croydon.
We are working closely with a number of well-established schools looking for reliable HLTAs who can step in to support learning across the classroom and occasionally lead lessons when required.
About the Role
As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning, working closely with class teachers and senior leaders to ensure pupils receive high-quality support.
Your responsibilities may include:
Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Running small group interventions
Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom management
Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident TA or existing HLTA looking to take on more responsibility in a supportive school environment.

What We're Looking For
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Strong classroom management skills
Confidence to lead whole-class learning when required
