Welder Fabricator

Welder/Fabricator Key Responsibilities
Perform high‑quality welding and fabrication in stainless steel (1.0mm–12mm), including pipework and purge welding.
Use TIG and MIG welding processes with confidence and accuracy.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, including tolerances and bend allowances.
Operate fabrication and sheet‑metal machinery safely and effectively.
Work collaboratively within the production team or on client sites when required.
Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, discipline, attendance, and timekeeping.
Contribute to strong quality engineering practices within the factory environment. Skills & Experience Required as a Welder/Fabricator
Strong experience in stainless steel welding and fabrication using TIG and MIG.
Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings.
Good understanding of fabrication techniques, sheet‑metal machinery, and tolerances.
A team‑focused approach with a proactive attitude to quality and safety.
City & Guilds qualifications or an Engineering Apprenticeship (advantageous but not essential).
Flexibility to work reasonable overtime when required. Benefits Package

Overtime paid at 1.5x 
39‑hour working week, Monday–Friday.
