We are currently supporting a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Doncaster to recruit a talented Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a long-term role starting after Easter and running through to the end of the summer term.

🔑 The Role
As an HLTA, you will play a key role across the school, including:

Covering classes across different year groups
*
Delivering pre-planned lessons confidently and effectively
*
Supporting teaching and learning across the curriculum
*
Adapting to different classroom environments with ease
This is a varied and rewarding position, ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative and making a real impact.
✅ We’re looking for someone who:

Holds HLTA status or equivalent qualification
*
Has recent experience covering classes in a primary setting
*
Is confident, proactive, and able to use their own initiative
*
Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills
*
Is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
📋 Essential Requirements:

An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
*
A strong understanding of safeguarding, with a Level 1 (or higher) safeguarding certificate
*
Two recent professional references
