My client who works within the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team on a part time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skill set and passion to join a fantastic team.
Key Details: Finance Assistant
* Monday to Friday – 25hrs per week.
* Permanent contract.
* Salary ranging from £21,000 - £21,500.
Duties and Experience: Finance Assistant
* Various Administration & Analytical duties within the Finance Department.
* VAT Returns – both UK and International, this includes both monthly and annual returns.
* Bank Reconciliations (to also include foreign exchange accounts).
* Inwards processing quarterly returns.
* Control account reconciliations.
* Accounts receivable.
* Other adhoc finance duties included.
* Must be proficient in the use of Excel – must have a good level of knowledge as the majority of reporting is prepared in Excel.
* Proficient in the use of Accounting Software.
