Nursery Practitioner - Level 2 or 3 qualified

The Role: Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education while building strong relationships with children and their families.
Ringle Rainbow is a small nursery in Maidstone. We are professional, supportive, rewarding and our goal is to provide a warm friendly locally based community setting, where every child is catered for and with whom we have a real connection and bond with both child/ren and parents.
We are seeking a Nursery Practitioner with an interest in personal development and enthusiasm for providing the best possible care and experiences for children as well as a desire to learn and grow with an expanding company.
🧩 Key Responsibilities

Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children at all times
*
Support daily routines, ensuring a safe, clean, and secure environment
*
Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS
*
Support children’s learning, development, and social skills
*
Prepare meals and snacks as required
*
Maintain accurate and confidential child development records
*
Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
*
Support children with personal care (feeding, toileting, changing)
*
Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safe collection practices
*
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
🌟 What We’re Looking For

Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or above)
*
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
*
A genuine passion for working with children
*
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*
Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
*
Good organisational and time-management skills
*
A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
Desirable:
*
Paediatric First Aid qualification
