Conrad Consulting is delighted to be working with a respected, long‑standing consultancy as they look to appoint an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to their office in the heart of Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven surveyor who enjoys a varied workload, strong client relationships, and the chance to contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing team.

The Opportunity

You’ll be joining a well‑structured building surveying team delivering a broad mix of professional and project‑based services. The role offers genuine autonomy, exposure to diverse clients, and the chance to take ownership of your own portfolio while contributing to the wider growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering a full range of building surveying services across commercial, residential, and public‑sector assets

Managing projects from inception through to completion

Undertaking technical due diligence, condition surveys, defect analysis, and contract administration

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Supporting the development of junior team members where required

What We’re Looking For

Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or highly experienced senior‑level candidate

Strong technical capability across both professional and project work

Confident communicator with excellent client‑facing skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture

Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering high‑quality work
