Brilliant opportunity to join a leading construction contractor who are looking to recruit a experienced Project manager within their South based team.
This role does require someone who has experience with INDUSTRIAL SHED builds as this is the majority of their work.
We expect this person to take full responsibility for one project in particular this will be in Letchworth with a value of around £10mill - you will take this all the way through to completion.
To be considered for this role;
10 years + experience within construction
SMSTS
Extensive knowledge around H&S Legislation
Proven project management experience within industrial build projects specifically
Must be proficent with ASTA
