The Job...
As Restaurant Supervisor you will assist in the smooth running of Front of House Operations, provide excellent customer service to regular patrons, ensure all procedures are followed to company speculations, and enjoy promoting the company values. Taking control of the room in service ensuring all customer expectations are exceeded.
The Person…
• Previous experience within this role at this level is essential
• Ability to both self motivate and motivate others
• Ability to liaise with both senior and base level staff
• Ability to train and recruit for new staff when required
• Ability to increase profit margins & exceeding current targets
• Great knowledge of Wines would be beneficial
• Meet with General Manager / Owners & communicate the progress of the business
