Your new role
Are you a Building Surveyor looking for more variety, autonomy and progression? This forward‑thinking consultancy is expanding and now seeking a motivated Building Surveyor to join their friendly, high‑performing team.
You'll work across a diverse mix of commercial, residential and public‑sector projects, delivering both professional and project‑based services. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop quickly, take ownership of their work and be part of a supportive, modern practice.

Delivering a full range of building surveying services
Working on project work including refurbishments and planned works
Carrying out surveys, inspections and technical reports
Supporting contract administration and project delivery
Advising clients and maintaining strong relationships
Contributing to team growth and best practice
What you'll need to succeed

Building Surveyor with consultancy experience
MRICS (or working towards chartership)
Strong technical knowledge and report‑writing skills
Confident communicator with a client‑focused approach
Ability to manage your own workload and work collaboratively
