Interim ERP Implementation Specialist

CMA Recruitment Group is supporting a progressive multisite business in Portsmouth in their recruitment of an Interim ERP Implementation Specialist for a period of c18 months. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving digital transformation and operational efficiency across the business as they implement Oracle.

What will the ERP Implementation Specialist role involve?

Working closely with external advisors and leading the end-to-end implementation of Oracle, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful rollout
Focus on finance processes, mapping out the chart of accounts and ensuring successful workflow
Acting as the key technical point of authority within the business, configuring and customising the ERP solution to meet operational and reporting requirements
Managing data migration, system integration and user acceptance testing, whilst identifying and resolving any issues throughout the implementation lifecycle
Suitable Candidate for the ERP Implementation Specialist vacancy:

Proven experience in ERP implementation, ideally Oracle, with a strong finance understanding
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions
Excellent communication skills, comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical teams and non-technical business users at all levels

Interim position for c18 months, working on a hybrid basis with c50 of the role worked out of the businesses Portsmouth office
