Key Responsibilities
As a Site Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
Supervising subcontractors and ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of ground-mounted solar PV projects on-site. Working under the direction of the Project Manager, this role focuses on day-to-day site operations, quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Skills and ExperienceMinimum 3–5 years in site supervision, preferably in renewable energy or large-scale solar PV projects.
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and enforce safety standards.
SMSTS certification essential; First Aid required.
IOSH/NEBOSH desirable.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of UK construction and renewable energy regulations.
