BIM Coordinator / MEP BIM Engineer (Building Services)

I’m working with an established Design Consultancy delivering projects across throughout the South West region.
Due to an increase in workload, they are seeking a BIM Coordinator / MEP BIM Engineer to support live and upcoming projects.
The role will involve:
• Producing and coordinating MEP models using Revit
• Working closely with mechanical and electrical teams
• Supporting clash detection and coordination meetings
• Ensuring models align with project and site requirements
This would suit someone who:
• Has experience working in a building services / MEP environment
• Is confident using Revit for coordinated models
• Understands how BIM supports delivery on live projects
