Ensuring all activities align with wider organisational strategy and site priorities
Workforce planning and resource development aligned with business needs
Supporting training, development, and succession planning within the team
Performing any reasonable additional duties to support smooth operations

    🎓 What you'll bring:

    Essential Qualifications:

HNC or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

    🛠️ Experience we're looking for:

    🚀 Why this role matters:

You'll be at the heart of site operations - leading people, shaping standards, driving improvements, and ensuring the environment is safe, compliant, and operating at its best.
