We’re looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join a leading precision engineering company in Crewkerne. If you have experience with CNC turning and enjoy working in a clean, well-equipped environment where quality matters — this could be the role for you.
You’ll be part of a supportive, close-knit team with real opportunities to develop your skills and progress.
What you’ll be doing:
* Operating CNC Turning machines (Fanuc control)
* Producing high-quality, precision components
* Using measuring equipment to ensure accuracy
* Deburring and finishing parts
* Carrying out basic machine maintenance
* (Bonus if you have setting or programming experience — but not essential)
What we’re looking for:
* Previous CNC Turning experience (Fanuc preferred)
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to health & safety standards
