The Opportunity
As Principal Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the project lifecycle — from developing P&IDs and specifying equipment, through procurement and vendor approvals, to installation, commissioning, and handover.
You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Controls, ensuring seamless integration and delivery. Managing multiple projects at varying stages simultaneously, you’ll be central to maintaining momentum, managing risk, and exceeding client expectations..
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
* Leading and inspiring project teams to deliver exceptional results
* Managing end-to-end project execution: design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover
* Producing and reviewing P&IDs and technical documentation
* Specifying, sourcing, and approving equipment and vendors
* Building strong, professional relationships with clients and partners worldwide
* Overseeing technical proposals and quotations
* Ensuring compliance with ISO9001, health & safety, and statutory regulations
* Acting as focal point for client support contracts and spare parts management
* Mentoring colleagues to strengthen team capability
* Championing innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
