Electrical Engineer - Domestic

Our client is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer - Domestic to support a portfolio of residential properties across London. This role is an excellent opportunity for a qualified domestic electrician seeking stability, ongoing training, and strong long‑term earning prospects.
The Electrical Engineer - Domestic will:
* Deliver electrical repairs, installations, maintenance, and testing within social housing properties.
* Carry out EICRs, remedial works, fault‑finding, and electrical system upgrades.
* Ensure all work complies with BS 7671 and relevant electrical safety regulations.
* Provide a high‑quality, customer‑focused service to residents.
* Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records for all completed tasks.
* Follow safe working practices and adhere to all health & safety requirements.
The Electrical Engineer - Domestic will have:
* City & Guilds Level 2 / Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification (essential).
* Experience in domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing—ideally within social housing.
* AM2 qualification.
* Strong understanding of electrical safety, compliance, and industry regulations.
* A reliable, professional approach with solid fault‑finding ability and excellent customer‑service skills.
