Initial training - 8:30am till 5pm (1 to 2 Weeks)
Shift Pattern - 6am till 2pm / 2pm till 10pm (Weekly rotating)
The Role
As a key member of the operations team, your responsibilities will include:
* Precision Picking: Selecting customer orders with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
* Quality Packing: Safely and efficiently preparing products for dispatch.
* Inventory Care: Organizing stock within the warehouse to maintain a safe and productive workspace.
* Team Collaboration: Working alongside a friendly, fast-paced team to meet daily distribution targets.
