We’re looking for a hands-on Mechanical Fitter to keep critical plant and machinery running at peak performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
* Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance
* Diagnose faults and repair mechanical equipment
* Work on hydraulic, pneumatic & mechanical systems
* Weld, fabricate, and carry out machining repairs
* Minimise downtime and maximise plant performance
* Support continuous improvement across two sites
* Maintain high health & safety standards
What You Need
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter (heavy industry ideal)
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Welding/fabrication experience
* Flexible, reliable, and a strong team player
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
Bonus Skills
* Siemens S7
* Forklift / crane / slinging
* Confined space / working at height
* MEWP, First Aid, Fire Marshal
