The Role - Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support pupils with SEN across KS1 and KS2 who may present challenging behaviour. You will play a key part in helping them regulate emotions, build positive behaviour patterns, and stay engaged in their learning. The successful candidate will be patient, consistent, and proactive, using effective behaviour management strategies to support pupils' social and emotional development. Experience working with children with additional behavioural needs is highly preferred.

This friendly and inclusive SEN school is based in Ealing is only an 8 minute walk from the nearest station. This school caters to children aged 5-16 years old and prides itself on creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where every pupil feels valued, supported and motivated to progress.
