    Job description

    The Opportunity

    Are you a high-caliber Executive Assistant with experience financial background?

    We are partnering with a premier Newcastle-based Financial Advisor to appoint a strategic Executive Assistant. This is a "technical-administrative" role. You won't just be managing a diary; you will be the engine room of the client journey, ensuring that every report is accurate, every compliance check is met, and every high-net-worth client receives a "white-glove" service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    *

    Technical Client Support: Coordinating the preparation of valuations, annual reviews, and complex client meeting packs. Accuracy is non-negotiable.

    *

    Client Relationship Management: Acting as the primary liaison for HNW clients. You will handle sensitive queries and manage the "End of Tax Year" rush—ensuring ISA and Pension allowances are utilized before the April 5th deadline.

    *

    Practice Workflow: Utilizing industry-standard platforms to manage the client lifecycle and ensure no task drops through the cracks.

    *

    Compliance Gatekeeping: Maintaining a "culture of compliance." You will ensure all documentation meets strict FCA standards.

    *

    Business Operations: Proactive management of the Advisor’s business, anticipating upcoming reporting cycles and managing the pipeline of new business.

    The Candidate

    We are looking for a sharp, industry-hardened EA who understands the mechanics of a Wealth Management practice.

    Requirements:

    *

    Industry Experience: You must have a background in Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or Private Banking.

    *

    Precision & Detail: You have an eye for technical data and can spot an error in a valuation report from a mile away.

    *

    Communication: High-level verbal and written skills. You can communicate with a client’s Solicitor or Accountant as professionally as you do with the client themselves.

    *

    Proactivity: You don't wait to be told a deadline is approaching; you’ve already prepared the reports and drafted the client emails.
