Location: Sheffield
Pay Rate: £14.22 per hour + shift allowances
Contract: Temporary to Permanent (12 weeks)
Shifts: 3 Shift Rotation
We are currently recruiting for two Heat Treatment Operatives on behalf of a well-established and respected steel engineering business based in Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities
Goods receipt and dispatch, ensuring full material traceability
Identifying materials before and after heat treatment processes
Charge make-up and break-down in line with production reports
Straightening and brinelling of materials
Reporting any anomalies or issues to managementWhat We're Looking For
Previous experience within the steel or heavy industrial sector
Strong understanding of safe systems of work
Comfortable in a physically demanding roleWorking Hours (40 hours per week):
Mornings: 06:00 - 14:00 (Mon-Fri)
Afternoons: 13:00 - 21:00 (Mon-Fri)
Nights: 20:00 - 06:00 (Mon-Thurs)About Us
