£30,000 – £40,000 Basic + Up to £800 Monthly Bonus
We are working on behalf of a well-established and reputable automotive business in Norwich to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional workshop offering strong earning potential and a great work-life balance.
The Role:
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
What’s on Offer:
* Basic salary between £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)
* Realistic bonus opportunity of up to £800 per month
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
* No weekend work currently (flexibility may be required in the future)
* Supportive team environment with opportunities for ongoing development
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician
* Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Full UK driving licence
