Our client, a well-established organisation in Cheltenham, is hiring a Project Manager to support continued growth following an exciting period of expansion over the past 3–6 months. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing project team and play a key part in delivering impactful change across the business.
What you’ll do
Lead the delivery of multiple projects from initiation through to completion
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in line with business objectives
Manage stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and standards
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure projects deliver real business value and support ongoing growth.

Proven experience delivering projects in a commercial environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with project methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
