The Role:
As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out predominantly EICR's on tenanted social housing properties with also remedial works. This is a permanent, full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in occupied properties
* Testing and inspecting electrical systems to ensure compliance
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out remedial works
* Ensuring all work meets current regulations and safety standards
* Providing excellent customer service to tenants
Requirements:
* Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
* 2391/2394/2395 Testing & Inspection qualification (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working in tenanted social housing
* Strong interpersonal skills and a professional manner
* Full UK driving licence
