What's involved?
As Sous Chef you can be expected to assist in the day-to-day running of the kitchens, including personal development & training. You will be expected to maintain the high standards of service that the customers have grown accustomed to. Flexibility is key as the employment may cover operating in other kitchens within the group at a future date.
