About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Loader with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence to join a busy warehouse team in the Lichfield/Fradley area.
Key Responsibilities
* Load and unload vehicles using a Counterbalance forklift
* Use hand‑held scanners to pick and track stock
* Support general warehouse duties as required
* Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
What We’re Looking For
* Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
* Proven experience operating a Counterbalance truck
* Ability to use hand‑held scanning equipment
* Good work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work the set shift: 11:00–19:00, Monday to Friday
