Role Overview
Carry out servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on a wide range of heavy plant equipment
Work both in the workshop and on customer sites as required
Respond to breakdowns and perform on-site repairs using a company van
Conduct routine maintenance to manufacturer standards
Complete job cards, service reports, and parts requisitions accurately
Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently
Represent the business professionally during customer visits
Support depot operations when not attending mobile call-outsRequirements
Proven experience working on heavy plant machinery (excavators, dumpers, rollers, telehandlers, etc.)
Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fault-finding skills
Ability to work independently on mobile jobs and as part of a workshop team
Full UK driving licence
Good communication and customer-facing skills
Reliable, organised, and able to prioritise workloadsSalary & Benefits
£15.50 - £16.00 per hour - dependant on experience
Monday-Friday, 7:00-16:30
Overtime available at time and a half
Company vehicle provided
