Customer Account Executive

We are looking for a Customer Account Executive to join a education company near Tiptree! This is a role perfect for someone with strong customer service skills, ideally within a sales or travel background, who is looking for a new challenge.

The role is office based working Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00 (35 hour week) with free onsite parking! Starting salary will be based on experience + commission based on performance.

Duties will include:

Dealing with new and existing clients to provide information and quotes
Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email
Liaising with internal departments to confirm details and requirements
Taking part in research and training to help understand the market
Be able to find and pursue leads within the CRM
Providing accurate information and ensuring internal guidelines are adhered toExperience needed:

Confident making outbound calls and communicating via phone and email
Able to deliver exceptional customer service
Able to use computer systems and CRM systems
Self motivated and happy working in a targeted environment
Experience working within an account management, sales or customer service environmentDue to the location of the role own transport will be needed.
