Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machine tools to produce large components to exact specifications and tolerances.
Support and mentor colleagues and trainees, contributing to their development as required.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures while maintaining high housekeeping standards.
Work across a rotating three-shift pattern (early, late, and night shifts) and be flexible to work additional hours to meet business needs.
Interpret and work from technical engineering drawings to manufacture components efficiently.Benefits
