We’re recruiting an experienced and organised Regional Onboarding Manager to support the growth and development of Home Care Franchise services across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting new franchise partners and ensuring successful service launches.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support new franchise owners through the onboarding and setup process
-Provide guidance on compliance, operations, and service delivery
-Ensure services are prepared for CQC registration and regulatory requirements
-Work closely with franchise partners to support successful launches
-Deliver onboarding training and operational support
-Monitor progress and ensure franchise standards are maintained
Ideal Candidate:
-Experience within Home Care, Domiciliary Care, or Franchise support
-Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
-Excellent organisational and communication skills
-Confident delivering training and onboarding support
-Ability to manage multiple projects and franchise relationships
