Shift: Training: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Permanent: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay Rate: £13.71 per hour (overtime available after 40 hours)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bendi Forklift Driver to join a busy and growing distribution team based in Darlaston. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual seeking a stable, long-term role within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
*
Safely operate Bendi forklifts to move, stack, and organise stock from production through to dispatch
*
Load and unload goods from pallets, racks, trays, and shelving
*
Carry out routine equipment checks and report any faults
*
Accurately manage stock movements using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
*
Support general warehouse duties, including manual handling where required
*
Assist with goods-in and goods-out operations
*
Maintain accurate stock records and perform basic inventory checks
Requirements
*
Valid Bendi Forklift Licence (essential)
*
Previous warehouse experience, including loading/unloading and stock handling
*
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
*
Good attention to detail and basic numeracy skills
*
A positive, reliable, and safety-focused attitude
