    About the Role:

    The Deputy Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the nursing home by supporting the Home Manager in all aspects of management and administration. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver top-tier patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing the overall resident experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide leadership and direction to the nursing and care staff.
    Assist in the management of budgets and resource allocation.
    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and care standards.
    Develop and implement care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
    Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
    Address and resolve any operational issues or conflicts.
    Support the Home Manager in audits and inspections.
    Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
    Clinical ComplianceKey Requirements:

    Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
    Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff, residents, and families.
    Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
