Our client is looking for an experienced Structural Engineer who is comfortable operating at a senior level – someone who can confidently manage projects, mentor engineers, and maintain strong client relationships. What You Need To Succeed
* Significant experience in structural design for residential developments, particularly housing and low-rise apartments.
* Ability to lead and mentor engineers and technicians, supporting their professional development.
* Strong experience managing projects and coordinating with architects, developers, and other consultants.
* Proficiency with industry-standard design software and BIM workflows.
* Confident client-facing skills, with the ability to maintain and develop professional relationships.
* Strong understanding of UK building regulations and structural design standards.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
* Chartered Engineer status with the IStructE/ICE (or actively working towards) is highly desirable.
* A strong academic background with a BEng or MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering
