The Plumber Multi responsibilities will include:
* Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance on social housing properties, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards.
* Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently, aiming for a ‘First Time Fix’ on all jobs to minimise follow-up visits.
* Carry out installations, replacements, and servicing of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
* Work independently with minimal supervision while managing workloads effectively to meet budget and time constraints.
* Ensure compliance with company Health and Safety guidelines and adhere to relevant legal and technical regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with tenants about repairs and maintenance.
* Stay updated with industry best practices, new technologies, and regulations to continuously improve skills and service quality
