Arboricultural Manager

Bennett & Game Recruitment are currently working with a growing environmental consultancy who are seeking an experienced Arboricultural Manager to join their team based in Manchester. This opportunity has arisen due to continued business growth and expansion plans across the business.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for leading the Arboriculture team, providing technical oversight across projects, managing resources and supporting the continued development of arboricultural services within the organisation.
This position will suit an experienced Arboricultural professional who has strong consultancy experience alongside team leadership and client management capability.
Arboricultural Manager Overview

Manage and lead a team of 6 Arboricultural specialists including 2 Senior Arboricultural Consultants, 1 Senior Arboricultural Surveyor, 1 Assistant Arboricultural Consultant and 2 Graduate Arboricultural Consultants.
Provide technical oversight and quality assurance across arboricultural projects
Manage team resources and project allocation
Maintain and develop strong client relationships
Support business development and growth of arboricultural services
Mentor and support the development of junior team members
Ensure projects are delivered to a high technical standard and in line with client expectations
Arboricultural Manager Job Requirements

Proven experience within Arboricultural Consultancy
Strong knowledge of tree surveys, arboricultural assessments and planning policy
Previous experience managing or leading arboricultural teams
Experience managing client relationships and project delivery
Ability to provide technical guidance and quality assurance across arboricultural work
Experience producing arboricultural reports and supporting planning applications
Full UK driving licenceArboricultural Manager Salary & Benefits

Salary £50,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)
