Accounts Payable Specialist

What will the Accounts Payable Specialist role involve?

Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments across purchases and cashback transactions
Reviewing and resolving incomplete or incorrect payment requests by liaising with internal stakeholders
Raising bank payments and completing reconciliations
Ensuring compliance with company policies, processes and financial controls
Supporting the wider finance function during busy periods and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Payable Specialist vacancy:

Proven experience within Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
Confident raising bank payments and performing reconciliations
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook

37 hour working week, including a 3:30pm finish every Friday
