The position is based full time at our Banbury facility.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Support Engineering and Manufacturing teams in the planning and management of all prototype builds, ensuring all processes, tooling, equipment and facilities are prepared and validated.

    * Map manufacturing processes and apply techniques such as PFMEAs and Control Plans where required.

    * Produce and maintain SOPs, build records, routings and other production documentation.

    * Own relevant elements of the quality improvement roadmap, supporting the Quality Management System, ISO9001:2015 compliance, and project‑specific requirements.

    * Support the Quality Team through the development and application of quality tools and techniques.

    Qualifications & Experience

    * Minimum 2 years’ experience within a mid‑ or high‑volume manufacturing or production assembly environment.

    * Qualified to Hazardous Voltage Level 4 and experienced in hands‑on work with high‑voltage systems.

    * Confident presenting manufacturing engineering topics to senior leadership.

    * Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering best practice, with the ability to create and implement structured systems and processes.

    * Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and APQP methodologies.

    * Advanced knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter, MPP, NX, and NoMuda Visual Factory (preferred).

    * Practical experience with continuous improvement tools and methodologies (5S, Lean, Kaizen, PFMEA, Control Plans).

    * A proactive team player with the ability to work independently and influence others with a positive “can‑do” approach.

    * Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work at pace across multiple projects
