About The Role
What You’ll Do:
Embed Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) principles across our services.
Carry your own caseload and lead on behaviour assessments and intervention planning.
Collect and analyse behavioural data to inform person-centred strategies.
Design and implement PBS plans that reduce challenging behaviours and restraint while improving quality of life.
Support teams through training, coaching, and workshops to build confidence and skills.
Facilitate consultations and collaborative planning using tools like SBARD.
Monitor and review interventions, attend MDT and core team meetings, and compile detailed reports.
Champion Human Rights-based approaches and lead on Reducing Restrictive Practice initiatives.
Support transitions for individuals joining our services and contribute to service needs assessments.What We’re Looking For:
Level 4 PBS qualification (or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering PBS and managing caseloads.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
