Edwards Employment Solutions Ltd is working with a leading agricultural turf distributor based near York – and they’re hiring now!
We’re looking for experienced Counterbalance & Telehandler Drivers to join their busy, outdoor team. If you enjoy working in the fresh air and getting stuck in, this could be the role for you! 🌾🌱
What You’ll Be Doing:
Loading and rotating turf & agricultural products
Operating FLTs and Telehandlers safely and efficiently
Keeping the yard clear and organised
Handling both bagged and palletised goods
What You Need:
✅ Externally accredited Counterbalance or Telehandler licence (not in-house)
✅ Own transport (rural location)
✅ Physically fit and ready to work outdoors
⭐ 2+ years’ experience preferred but not essential
What’s On Offer:
£12.71/hr + Overtime up to £17.09/hr
Weekly pay – every Friday
Monday to Friday only – no weekends
Early finish Fridays
Free on-site parking
28 days paid holiday (accrued)
Pension after 3 months
Long-term ongoing work with perm potential
