Hill McGlynn Recruitment is delighted to be working with an independent construction consultancy group to recruit an experienced AutoCAD Technician / Computer Aided Design (CAD) Technician, based out of their West Malling office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and growing consultancy, supporting a range of construction projects across multiple sectors.
The Role
As an AutoCAD / CAD Technician, you will play a key role in supporting project teams through the production and coordination of accurate technical drawings.
Key responsibilities include:
Producing detailed drawings using AutoCAD
Assisting with the preparation and coordination of design information
Updating and amending drawings in line with project requirements
Working closely with surveyors, consultants, and project managers
Ensuring drawings comply with relevant standards and specifications
Managing drawing revisions and document control About You
Proven experience using AutoCAD within a construction or consultancy environment
Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
