Senior Quantity Surveyor

A well-established Project and Cost Management consultancy in North London is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working closely with clients on fast-paced projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

In this position, you will be taking on High End Residential projects at varying stages, from inception through to completion. The projects will vary in sizes typically ranging from £500k to over £10m. The role will include traditional PQS duties and Contract Administration.

You will be responsible for managing 2 - 3 Quantity Surveyors and will get involved in Business Development.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
6+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
High End Residential experience would be beneficial
CostX experience would be useful
Strong communication skills
