How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

    * Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation for production teams.

    * Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to translate new motorcycle designs into manufacturable processes.

    * Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times, minimise waste, and optimise resource utilisation.

    * Evaluate production technologies and recommend new equipment or methods to improve efficiency and quality.

    * Lead, manage, and develop a team of process engineers and manufacturing specialists.

    * Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    * Support cross-functional collaboration with production, quality, and supply chain teams to achieve operational goals.

    * Implement lean manufacturing methodologies, Six Sigma principles, and continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.

    * Monitor key operational and process metrics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

    * Facilitate problem-solving and root cause analysis for process-related production issues.

    * Support the introduction of new motorcycle models by defining robust, scalable manufacturing processes.

    * Ensure manufacturing readiness through process validation, resource planning, and operator training.

    * Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate manufacturability and efficiency considerations early in product development.

    * Promote a strong health and safety culture across all process engineering activities.

    * Ensure all processes comply with the internal quality management system, ISO standards, and relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
