Key Responsibilities
* Proactively source new employer partnerships across a range of sectors to create employment and work placement opportunities.
* Maintain regular contact with existing employers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
* Conduct employer visits to understand workforce needs, staffing gaps, and skills requirements.
* Promote training solutions (e.g., sector-based work academies, apprenticeships, short courses) to support employer recruitment.
* dentify and convert new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, events, and digital engagement.
* Work closely with internal teams to match employer demand with suitable training programmes.
* Present the benefits of government-funded training to employers, explaining incentives, compliance requirements, and recruitment support.
* Represent the organisation at job fairs, careers events, and employer networking meetings.
* Secure job interviews, work trials, and guaranteed interview opportunities for learners on training programmes.
* Work with tutors, support staff, and employability coaches to ensure learners are work-ready.
* Match learners to appropriate roles based on skills, qualifications, and career aspirations.
* Track and report learner outcomes, job starts, and sustained employment data.
Skills & Experience Required
* Experience working in a training provider, FE college, employability programme, recruitment, or business development role (preferred).
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage employers at all levels.
* Proven track record in sales, outreach, or partnership development.
* Knowledge of UK employability programmes, adult education, apprenticeships, or skills funding (desirable).
* Ability to work to targets, deadlines, and performance indicators.

£27000.00 - £35000.00 per year
