    Job: Children's Residential Support Worker

Their Children's Homes in Bacton offers a safe and supportive environment, helping these remarkable young people thrive and succeed.

    As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will:

    Be a cornerstone of direct care, offering unwavering support and guidance in a residential setting.

    Cultivate a safe, nurturing environment that encourages positive relationships and a sense of belonging.

    Empower personal development, life skills, independence, and positive decision-making.

    Champion education, assisting with homework and instilling a love for learning.

    Collaborate with colleagues and professionals for holistic care, valuing open communication.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    While prior experience in residential care is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement.

    Poise, perseverance, and composure in challenging circumstances.

    Minimum age of 21 years (as per legislative stipulations).
