Tig Welder

We’re hiring an experienced TIG Welder to join our team, working both in-house and on customer sites in Corby and surrounding areas.

The role:

* TIG welding to a high standard

* Work with stainless steel, mild steel and other metals

* Read and follow engineering drawings

* Carry out on‑site welding when required

* Maintain safe working practices

* Represent the company professionally

Requirements:

* Proven TIG welding experience

* Ability to read technical drawings

* Strong attention to detail

* Full UK driving licence

* Ability to work independently on client sites

Pay & Benefits

* 28 days holiday

* Overtime: £25.50 (Mon–Sat), £30 (Sun/Bank Holidays)

* £100 on‑call payment + minimum 3 hours per call-out

* Company van, free uniform, and hotel stays covered when needed
