Key Responsibilities
*
Preparing surfaces for coating by shot blasting to remove rust, scale, and contaminants.
*
Applying powder coating to metal components using industry-standard techniques.
*
Ensuring coatings are applied evenly and to the required thickness.
*
Operating and maintaining shot blasting and powder coating equipment.
*
Conducting quality inspections to ensure a high standard of finish.
*
Adhering to all health and safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
*
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
* Previous experience in shot blasting and/or powder coating.
* Knowledge of surface preparation and coating processes.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work night shifts (Monday to Thursday, 6 PM – 6 AM).
