Senior Room Manager / Nursery Practitioner L2/3

ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Room Manager, Room Manager, Nursery Practitioners with a minimum of Level 2 and 3 qualification in Childcare.

Nursery Practitioner Level 2/3 to work 3 or 4 days per week (also considered)
The Room Manager position is for the 0-walkers room.
The Senior Room Manager role covers the 0–2s unit and toddler room, with an initial focus on the baby room.
Nursery Qualification:

Level 2 or 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (essential)
Room Manager's Positions Level 3 and above.
Knowledge of EYFS
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensuring all aspects of the key persons role are maintained.
Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals, ensuring individual children’s needs are met.
To ensure all policies and procedures are followed at all times.
